Third-generation Southern California REALTOR® Scott Yeilding brings more than 15 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater Los Angeles. Known for his strategic guidance, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail, Scott provides personalized, straightforward advice focused on protecting his clients’ interests and achieving the best possible outcome.

Scott is a graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business and Price School of Public Policy and holds a Master of Legal Studies in Business Law from the UCLA School of Law, bringing a unique perspective to contracts, negotiations, and complex real estate transactions.

An active industry leader, Scott served as a 2025 State Director for the California Association of REALTORS® and as the 2024 Regional Chair for West Hollywood/Eagle Rock within the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® Association.
